WEATHER warnings for rain and snow have been issued for the county in the next two days.
Downpours were due to begin at about 6pm yesterday and won't relent until the early hours of Saturday.
It's prompted the Met Office to issue a yellow warning for heavy rain throughout Friday.
Once the rain has halted, snowfall is predicted on Saturday morning. Another yellow warning has been issued for that.
Sunday will be cloudy but bitterly cold, with temperatures barely creeping above 1C. Monday should finally see things brighten up, but freezing temperatures will persist.
