Criminal justice minister Damian Green has seen for himself the run-down state of Gloucester's courts today.
He visited the city on the invitation of Gloucester MP Richard Graham, who has been pushing for an all-new justice centre to replace the dilapidated magistrates and crown court buildings.
He has taken away ideas from a series of meetings on how to upgrade and improve the justice system's infrastructure locally but said he couldn't "make any promises" just yet.
