Firefighters were called to a chimney fire in Lydbrook last night.
A crew from Coleford were scrambled to Camomile Green at 8.05pm after reports of a smell of burning.
On arrival, crews found a chimney fire at one of the houses in the area. Further resources and specialist equipment were requested by the on scene crew and this was also mobilised from the Coleford fire station.
In total a crew of eight fire-fighters remained on scene for over 90 minutes.
