HEADLINE-MAKING decisions of Stroud district councillors and their officers will fall under the spotlight when BBC Two airs the first in its documentay series The Planners tomorrow.
"The controversial decisions we are asked to make mean people tend to have strong opinions about us," said Phil Skill, head of planning at Stroud District Council. The programme airs at 8pm.
