Police are asking the public to help identify a man on a bicycle after a pedestrian was struck by a cyclist in Gloucester.
The incident happened at around 5.30pm on Tuesday January 29 on Elmbridge Road.
The victim, a 21 year old woman from Longlevens, was walking along Elmbridge Road when a man on a bicycle rode towards her from behind. As he approached, the man is believed to have kicked or pushed the victim from behind, causing her to fall to the ground. The victim sustained minor head and leg injuries.
The offender is described as black, between 21 and 23 years old, of medium build with an English accent. He had an afro hair style, was clean shaven and was wearing a dark jacket.
Anyone with information that could help the investigation should call police on 101 quoting incident 391of January 29.
