LINDSAY Sandiford's sister has made a desperate plea for help amid fears that the drug smuggling grandmother will not be able appeal against her death sentence. The 56-year-old, who lived for a time in Warden Hill and Hester's Way, will face a firing squad after being found guilty of attempting to bring 10lbs of cocaine into Bali. She lost a High Court appeal for the Government to step in and pay for legal aid on Thursday. Sandiford's sister, Hilary Parsons, has said she now fears the family will not be able to put in an appeal before the February 12 deadline. Speaking to reporters as she arrived for her daily visit to Sandiford's prison cell, she added: "Unless I can get someone to help, I fear the worst for Lindsay."
