Budget cuts of £2million are being eyed up by Gloucester city councillors.
Funding for services in the city will be coming under the axe of Councillor Deb Llewellyn, cabinet member for performance and resources.
She warned before Christmas of the impending gloomy forecast at the Tory-run council.
And she's hoping city residents know where the cuts should and shouldn't be made.
Council bosses have begun asking city dwellers for their views.
She said: "Money is tight for everyone, including the city council. We have already made more than £6million worth of savings over the last three years and we need to save a further £2million in the year ahead.
"The budget setting process is complex, but we want residents to be able to have their say."
All council buildings in the city have consultation leaflets and residents can also say what they think at www.gloucester.gov.uk.
See Wednesday's Citizen to find out where some residents think the cuts should be made.
