SHAUN Knight will have to bide his time for his England Saxons debut.
A sore knee has ruled him out of tonight's clash with Irish Wolfhounds in Galway (kick-off 7.35pm).
Leicester's front-rower Kieran Brookes steps onto the bench in place of Knight, with Gloucester's Nick Wood still starting at loosehead prop.
Matson-born 22-year-old tighthead Knight has progressed at a rate of knots in the last two years at Gloucester, and is now battling Rupert Harden for the number three shirt.
And now he will hope to be fit in time for next Friday night's Saxons clash with Scotland A at Newcastle's Kingston Park.
