RESIDENTS in the Cotswolds are being asked to share their opinions on flood resilience work in their area.
Officials from the county and district councils, parish councils, Thames Water and the Environment Agency will be visiting two village halls on March 14 to gather views.
Geoffrey Clinton-Brown, MP for the Cotswolds, will also be at the meeting to meet residents.
This comes after serious flooding problems in parts of the Cotswolds in November and December.
Cotswold District Council, Gloucestershire County Council, Cirencester Town Council, Gloucestershire Highways, the Environment Agency and Thames Water have agreed to form a task group to review and address the problems arising from recent flooding and sewage overflows in the Cirencester and South Cerney areas.
The team will be at the village hall in South Cerney from 2pm and the council chambers in Cirencester from 4pm.
