Fresh warnings are being issued this morning about icy Gloucestershire roads.
The county council's highways teams are confident that every road in the county is now 'passable'.
But icy patches are to be found countywide.
A warning for Littledean Hill has been issued already to motorists.
Major roads are said to be coping well, but untreated minor roads are again causing problems as temperatures remain freezing.
Some schools have opened but are not allowed cars to pull up near entrances to protect pedestrians on icy stretches.

Temperatures are expected to go no higher than 2C at mid-afternoon today but will drop back down to 0C overnight.
Light snow is expected from around 11pm.
Tomorrow will stay freezing all day and then temperatures will fall to -3C.
