THIEVES stole a large quantity of cigarettes and tobacco after breaking into a supermarket in the early hours of this morning.
Police are investigating after burglars forced their way into the Co-Op in Windyridge Road, Cheltenham, at about 3.55am.
Investigating officers are appealing for any residents who may have seen or heard anything suspicious to get in touch.
Information can be given to Gloucestershire Police by dialling 101 and quoting incident number 27 of January 7.
