A man was taken to hospital with facial injuries after being punched in Cheltenham.
The assault took place at Ormond Place in Cheltenham at 3am on Tuesday, December 18.
Police said the assault took place near to the junction with Regent Street after a large group of people became involved in an altercation.
The 30-year-old from Stroud was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.
After the assault most of the group left towards the Promenade.
Two 17-year-olds from Gloucester have been arrested on suspicion of assault.
They have been bailed to return in February.
