EMERGENCY services were called to Stinchcombe on Monday afternoon following reports of a car fire.
Four fire fighters from Dursley community fire station were at Taits Hill Road, Stinchcombe, after a car crash involving a blue Citreon C1 and a blue Nissan Almera at 12.48pm.
The fire fighters disconnected the battery from the vehicles, and confirmed there was no fire, as reported.
Police said both drivers were not seriously injured and treated at the scene.
The area was cleared within 40 minutes.
