A man has died and four people have been injured in a collision on the A417 London Road near Cirencester.
It happened at around 8.35pm on Wednesday December 19.
A silver Skoda Fabia was in collision with a green Land Rover Freelander. A green Toyota Yaris then collided with the Skoda and the Land Rover shortly after. The 19 year old driver of the Skoda was taken to Swindon hospital but was later pronounced dead.
The three people in the Land Rover were taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital with injuries not considered life threatening and the driver of the Yaris was treated at the scene.
The road was closed for around 7 hours whilst police carried out their investigations.
