A brave 92-year-old man tackled an intruder who appeared in his living room.
The pensioner was watching television at his home in Narles Road, in Cambridge, on Tuesday at 8.05pm when a man appeared in the doorway.
He said someone was trying to break into the garage. But the quick-thinking OAP spotted the man had his keys.
He took the keys off him and locked the door behind him.
The man broke in by kicking in the back door.
No items were taken.
He is described as white, aged around 25 with a thin face. He was wearing a baseball cap and all black clothes.
