A worksite at a former pub in Llanthony Road in Gloucester was burgled over the weekend.
The premises, now being converted into a children's nursery, was raided some time between 4.30pm on Saturday and 8am on Sunday.
Unknown offenders forced their way into the building and stole a large wheeled holdall containing various power tools including two Makita drills and a Makita reciprocating saw. The total value of stolen property is around £1200.
Anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area or has any information about this crime should call 101, quoting incident 142 of December 9.
