Alan Martinovic knows there will be a bounty on Hartpury's head as they continue to roll over the best in National One – but he admits to enjoying the chase.
It's seven from seven for the College team, which is savouring new heights in its assault of the third tier of English rugby.
The Hartpury set-up boast a bedrock of Gloucester talent shared between themselves and the Premiership fold.
With the return of LV= Cup action this coming fortnight, players are inevitably going to called up to pull on the cherry and white as is the tradition in the Anglo-Welsh competition.
Darlington will prove to be a formidable test for Martinovic's men. Hartpury remain ten points ahead of Saturday's visitors after an unequivocal victory on the road to Fylde, who were flying at home before Saturday's defeat.
Yes, Hartpury are on the march but Martinovic doesn't want to lose sight of the big picture or his head in the clouds.
He said: "We are obviously delighted with the win at the weekend. Fylde are a very good side and had not lost at home all season so, to come away with a pretty emphatic win, we are absolutely delighted.
"You are always happy, of course, when you are winning but you have got to enjoy them while they last. All we can do is go out there each week and try to improve our performances on the week before and that is the case for most teams.
"There is a lot of stuff you can't control and, most of all, that includes how your opposition is going to perform on the day.
"We are going to come up against a few good teams still so we can't get too far ahead of ourselves and simply understand that we have to keep playing in the same vein."
And Martinovic isn't fazed by the attention his team are stirring during their rise through the league. Citizen columnist Andy Deacon has tipped the club for Championship rugby one day but that isn't on Martinovic's mind.
He continued: "Obviously, if you are doing well and you going on a decent run, every team you come up against is going to be determined to stop you.
"We have achieved what we wanted in the league this season and that is to gain some respect from other teams in the division but we still have some very difficult fixtures to come.
"Darlington are on a decent run themselves and, if you look at their results, they have won every game in January.
"They are another side with a rich vein of form and we had a good battle with them up there at the beginning of the season. They come to us full of confidence and will prove to be another big test for us on Saturday."
