Police were last night granted a further 24 hours by magistrates to continue questioning a 44-year-old man from Gloucester on suspicion of murder.
Detectives now have until 7.30pm today to charge, bail or release the man.
Investigations into the death of 19-year-old Zac Evans are ongoing following the incident outside the Pike and Musket pub in Windsor Drive, in Tuffley, in the early hours of Saturday 24 January.
